  1. Make GaNS-tin either with metallic tin (you have to add amino acids to the LP to enable the connection with the human body). You can also make the GaNS with canned tomatoes, tomato products, pineapple,pears and similar fruits, high in tin; no need to add amino acids.
  2. Mix 50% LP-tin + 50% LP-ZnO
  3. Take 60ml of the mix just before going to sleep
